By accessing or using Aeon (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Aeon is operated by 5M Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”).
Aeon is a free, web-based longevity assessment tool. You enter values from a recent lab panel (or import them from a PDF), and Aeon returns a personalized dashboard with evidence-based observations and recommendations. Your results are emailed to you as a PDF.
Aeon does not create user accounts. Each session is independent and temporary.
Aeon is currently in private beta. Access is limited to invited users via access codes. By using the Service during beta, you acknowledge that: (a) features may change, be added, or be removed without notice; (b) the Service may be interrupted or unavailable at any time; (c) no uptime or availability guarantees are made; and (d) your access may be revoked at any time without explanation. Beta access does not entitle you to continued use of the Service.
Aeon is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The information provided by Aeon is for educational and informational purposes only. Aeon’s outputs are generated using artificial intelligence and curated scientific literature. They are not reviewed by a licensed physician before delivery to you.
You should not act on any information provided by Aeon without consulting a qualified healthcare provider. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of something you read or received through Aeon.

Aeon does not:
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Aeon. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
Aeon operates on a stateless session model:
We retain your email address and session date for operational purposes (delivery confirmation, abuse prevention). If you opt in to a retest reminder, we store your email and reminder date only. The results PDF is delivered via our email provider and subject to their retention policies. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide. Aeon’s outputs are only as reliable as the inputs you enter. Providing fabricated, incomplete, or another person’s health data may produce misleading results.
You represent that any health data you provide belongs to you or that you have authorization from the data subject to submit and process it.
Aeon uses artificial intelligence (including large language models) to parse uploaded documents and generate recommendations. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. Aeon’s evidence base is curated from peer-reviewed literature, but AI interpretation of your specific data is not guaranteed to be correct.

All content, design, code, evidence base materials, and branding associated with Aeon are owned by 5M Ventures LLC or its licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
The personalized dashboard and PDF generated during your session are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share your results (including your biological age card) at your discretion, but you may not represent Aeon’s outputs as professional medical advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5M Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any recommendations, information, or outputs obtained from the Service; (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data during transmission.
In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00).
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that: (a) the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free; (b) the results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable; (c) the quality of any information obtained through the Service will meet your expectations.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 5M Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party’s rights, including any intellectual property or privacy right; or (d) any health data you upload to the Service.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on our website with an updated effective date. Because Aeon does not maintain user accounts, we cannot provide individual notice of changes. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Because Aeon does not store user data beyond the active session, termination results in no data loss on our end.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 5M Ventures LLC regarding the Service.
